The service

The Gatekeepers is a private introduction service operated in Switzerland by Stalder - The Gatekeepers (UID CHE-320.998.947), Geneva, Switzerland, founded by Nono Stalder. When two people both wish to continue, we open a private room for them, called GATE, where they can get to know each other.

One payment only

There is no application fee, no membership and no subscription. The only payment is a single unlock fee, paid once by each person. The fee is the amount shown at the time of payment (currently CHF 149 per person).

When you pay

You are asked to pay only after both people have agreed to proceed. Nothing is charged before that.

How you pay

Payment is made by direct bank transfer or TWINT to the founder. The founder confirms each payment by hand. Your GATE opens once both people have paid and both payments are confirmed.

Automatic refund

You are refunded in full, automatically, if you have paid and the other person:

declines to proceed, or
does not agree and pay within the response window, which is 2 days from the moment they are notified.

The response window is a setting of the service and may change. The window in force when you are notified applies to you.

Once your GATE opens

Once your GATE has opened, the payment is not refundable.

No guarantee

We introduce people with care, but we do not promise any outcome. We cannot guarantee that an introduction leads to a relationship, or to any particular result.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that gives you another place of jurisdiction.
